To the moon… and back
The distance between the Earth and the Moon is very far; upon arrival, it feels incredibly close. However, the ever-changing Moon makes this closeness seem distant once again.
The book is divided into two parts: “To the Moon” and “Back,” resonating with the saying “to the Moon and back.” This silent zine features original illustrations created using monotypes and collage. The textures, printed in the studio, convey the grainy feel of life on the Moon, emphasizing the loneliness experienced there.
