作品簡介 Introduction

一年劃分了二十四個節氣。即便是有規律的季節交替，每個人仍會對各種氣候變化有不同的感受。

此節氣系列的創作以秋季為開端。秋季是思念的季節，微風總會喚起不同的回憶。「立秋」、「處暑」、「白露」、「秋分」、「寒露」和「霜降」，這六個節氣代表了秋季內的氣候變化。我嘗試運用色彩與肌理描繪回憶的畫面，表達我對每種節氣的印象和獨特感覺。

The 24 solar terms represent the alternations of seasons in a year. Even they are formed in a regular cycle, everyone will have different perspectives and feelings on the climate changes.

The creation of the solar term series starts with Autumn, as the breeze of the season can always evoke different memories in people. There are 6 solar terms in Autumn: ‘Beginning of Autumn’, ‘Limit of Heat’, ‘White Dew’, ‘Autumnal Equinox’, ‘Cold Dew’ and ‘Frost’s Decent. I used colours and multiple textures in my creation to depict my impression and unique feelings of each solar term.

畢業於澳門大學傳播系，主修創意媒體。現正在英國創意藝術大學修讀美術碩士學位。從影像創作到繪畫創作，意念同樣專注於表達對事物不同的見解和感受。運用筆觸的特性和力度，配合色彩對比與媒材質感差異，拼砌出對事物的獨特記憶和感覺。期望在創作過程中釋放的情感和力量能被觀賞者體會並引起共鳴。

Majoring in Communication and specializing in Creative Media, Celeste graduated from the University of Macau and is currently studying a Master in Fine Art at the University for the Creative Arts in the United Kingdom. From film production to painting, her core concern is to always create works that can depict her own interpretations to express her personal feelings. Rebuilding significant memories is also a main focus in her creations, her practice focuses on painting spontaneously onto the canvas to make abstract compositions, using the speciality of different brushes and tools. Colour is the root of all Celeste’s paintings, corresponding with a variety of materials that can create responsive effects to memories.
